Before Christmas break students participated in fitness testing. One of the fitness tests is called the "Pacer," and is a cardiovascular endurance test. Students run 15 meters from one end of the gym to the other every time they hear a beep. As the test goes on, the beeps become closer together, requiring students to run faster to get to the line before the next beep. It is a fun test, and students did a great job pushing themselves to try to beat their score from the fall (or to beat their friend or brother's score!). Congratulations to our current Pacer leader from Harding, Brandt Faivre, with 71 laps. A few students are following right behind Brandt, so the next test should be fun!
