Dear Sheridan Families,

Attached are the **2026–2027 school supply lists** for each grade level. These are the same supply lists that were included in the registration packets sent home this spring.

For those eager to get a head start before school supplies begin to sell out, we wanted to share the lists again to make your back-to-school shopping a little easier.

Serena CUSD #2 Special Education Services Public Meeting

Serena CUDS #2 will hold a meeting at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Serena Middle/High School Campus. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the district’s plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the district for the 2026 - 2027 school year. If you are the parent of a home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Serena CUDS #2, you are urged to attend. If you have any further questions regarding this meeting, please contact Susan McNelis at 815-792-5102.

Online Registration is now OPEN!! Please complete the online portion and pay fees by April 23rd.

Due to the potential for hazardous road conditions tomorrow morning, all Serena CUSD 2 schools will be on a 2 hour delay. All routes, including special education routes will run 2 hours later than normal. School will begin at 10:00 a.m. Breakfast will not be served. The morning Preschool session at Harding is cancelled.
