IAR Spirit Week Fun!

Thank you all for the continued support to the Serena Middle School students and staff.

The Mobile Dairy, along with Louise, the Jersey Dairy Cow, visited SMS yesterday! The instructor talked to the students about: ✏️Characteristics + anatomy of dairy cows ✏️Importance of dairy foods for good health ✏️Milking process ✏️Environmental + food safety practices The students also observed the milking process!
