Serena High School is looking to hire a paraprofessional to support English learners.
Congratulations to Tanner Faivre for becoming the all time leading scorer in Serena High School soccer history. Tanner broke the previous record of 97 goals held by Mark Bucz. Last year, Tanner set the single season scoring record with 46 goals. Tanner now has 98 goals and counting.

Serena FFA President Finn Rosengren gave insight on how our FFA chapter supports our school community at the Sandwich Fair yesterday. He and other FFA members from neighboring schools did a great job speaking to the crowd.

Due to excessive heat in the high school, all Unit 2 schools (Serena, Harding, and Sheridan) will be dismissed at 1:00 pm (SHS & SMS) and 1:15 pm (HGS & SGS) on Wednesday, August 23 through Friday, August 25. Coaches will be in contact with their athletes regarding practices and games.

Serena defeated Earlville yesterday at Earlville CC by a score of 167-171. Carson Baker was medalist with 38. Hunter Staton 40, Payton Twait 44, Beau Raikes 45. Aaden Browder and Easton Fruit led Earlville with 42.
