All of our Husker Teams had a busy weekend.
Friday Night Soccer beat the storm rolling in with a 2-2 tie with Somonauk. Softball lost to Indian Creak 9-0 and game was called early due to the storm.
Thank you to Calico Cafe for bringing delicious options at our Softball Husker Harvest Tournament and Baseball Double Header Saturday. Baseball dominated Bureau Valley with a double header double win. Softball broke a Game 1 tie with Wallace with more than doubling their score in the 9th inning. They earned 2nd place with a loss against the Tribe.

Softball Serena Huskers starts at 9 am vs Wallace Warriors, and more games with the Tribe and Indian Creek Timberwolves.
Of course we have Calico Cafe keeping us all well fed.

We had a great first day at Serena Middle School!
The hallways were full of energy, big smiles and the day-one excitement as our students connected with friends, met their teachers and jumped right into learning.
This school year is going to be amazing, and we can’t wait to see all the great things our students achieve!

SMS Softball traveled to MVK and also took a huge WIN!

Softball on the road Win16-1 vs Tonica, thanks to our fans for traveling and our team was complimented on their sportsmanship.
Serena Swampland dried up enough on the field to have an exciting home opener!
Baseball battled it out with the Bobcats showing great teamwork and dedication on the field.
Baseball vs Somonauk WIN 6-5.
